In this course, you will understand the structure of FSSC v5 and the role of internal audits in maintaining and improving the food safety systems. You will learn the implementation requirements of FSSC 22000 schemes, understand and be able to apply FSSC 22000 version 5.1 additional requirements, and ISO/TS 22002 requirements.
You will be able to explain the prerequisite programs (PRPs) and additional requirements of FSSC v5, you will understand the process-based FSMS model for ISO 22000, with reference to the PDCA model, and the role of internal audits in the maintenance and improvement of an FSMS. You would be able to plan, conduct, report and follow up an internal audit as part of a FSMS based on FSSC 22000, ISO 22000 and in accordance with ISO 19011.
